2Leaf Studios provides Skeeter Slash players with ways to request deletion of their game account and associated data.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable game data, such as:

  • Player name, if available
  • Whether you used Local Account or Login with Amazon
  • Any relevant Rankings/player identifier shown in the game, if available

IN-APP DELETION

Skeeter Slash also provides deletion controls inside the game.

Local Account information can be deleted from the Player Profile. Local Account information, including the player name and protected PIN information, is stored on the device.

Online Rankings data can be deleted using the game's online-data deletion option.

LOGIN WITH AMAZON

If Login with Amazon is used, Skeeter Slash may maintain an app-specific association with the Amazon authentication identity. A deletion request can remove applicable Skeeter Slash data associated with that login.

Deleting Skeeter Slash data does not delete the user's Amazon account. Amazon accounts are managed directly by Amazon.

DATA THAT MAY BE DELETED

Depending on the features used, deletion may include:

  • Skeeter Slash local account/profile information
  • Online Rankings records and associated game identifiers
  • Gameplay information stored by Skeeter Slash online services
  • App-specific association with Login with Amazon

LOCAL GAME PROGRESS

Core game progress is stored locally on the player's device. Deleting online account or Rankings data does not automatically delete locally stored campaign progress unless the player also removes/reset that local game data.

DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

Limited information may be retained when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of applicable agreements. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

PROCESSING REQUESTS

After receiving a deletion request, 2Leaf Studios may request reasonable information necessary to verify the request and identify the applicable Skeeter Slash data.
